Devansh is a corporate attorney, distinguished by a robust academic foundation and a varied international legal education. He has provided advisory services to both domestic and international clientele across multiple industry sectors. His expertise encompasses a range of commercial transactions, including venture capital and private equity investments, compliance with foreign exchange laws, mergers and acquisitions, legal advisory services, commercial contract negotiations, and conducting legal due diligence. Furthermore, Devansh has garnered experience in working with National Venture Capital Association (NVCA) and Venture Investment Model Agreements (VIMA) model drafts, specifically in numerous venture capital investment deals, representing various venture capital funds.

In addition to his professional commitments, Devansh has actively participated in pro bono activities, notably with the Rising Tide Start-Up Program in New York, where he provided legal assistance to local entrepreneurs and small business proprietors. Furthermore, in his capacity as a Graduate Student Research Fellow at the Pollock Centre for Law and Business at New York University, he contributed to the development of the Securities Enforcement Empirical Database (SEED).
