Pragya is a member of Aikyam’s corporate practice.

She has experience in advising companies at various growth stages, from private equity investments to providing legal advice on listing and initial public offers for large businesses; drafting agreements for commercial transactions and private equity investments.

Over the course of her career, Pragya has advised housing finance companies, non-banking financial companies and asset reconstruction companies on debt financing, mergers and acquisitions and investment procurement transactions.

Prior to joining Aikyam, Pragya worked at a prominent law firm in India as part of their general corporate team.
