Tushar is an advocate with experience in representing clients on a broad range of corporate and commercial disputes and litigations, including those arising out of shareholders agreements, joint ventures, and construction disputes. He appears before international and domestic arbitration tribunals, the Supreme Court of India and various High Courts.

Over the course of his career, he has, among other things, represented an Omani corporation in a Singapore-seated ICC arbitration; a well-known sugar company in a dispute before the Supreme Court of India; and a leading multinational beverage packing manufacturer against a liquor manufacturer in connection with insolvency proceedings.

Prior to joining Aikyam Law Offices, Tushar worked at a prominent law firm and specialized in dispute resolution.
